PM Tips

scapegoatWith so many items on our plate including our “family” and “social” life. PMs need to be organized from the getgo because it establishes the foundation sustaining a path to success with our projects.

My top three tips:

1) Make a checklist of what you are going to accomplish.

2) Share the checklist with somebody else so that they know what you’re working on what your going to accomplish.

3) Check your attitude. Projects become what you are. Meaning, if you have a good attitude, then  the chances of your project being successful increases!  However, if you don’t like the project, then your attitude will not transpire to the success of the project and more likely to fail.
